 Booking Terms

The cost of the piercing is your deposit. The piercing fee does not include the cost of jewellery. You can find a guideline on jewellery prices here.

Deposits are non refundable, if you do not show up for your appointment or give 24 hours notice to change the date then your deposit will be forfeit.

Please arrive on time, if you are late for your appointment we may not be able to fit you in and you would lose your deposit.

You cannot be pierced with jewellery purchased elsewhere. This is for your safety and to ensure you receive only the best quality jewellery for your new piercing.

We only use jewellery purchased at Frontier at the time of your appointment for jewellery changes.

A maximum of three piercings per customer at one time.

Please do not book a piercing if you have cold or flu symptoms, any customers with these symptoms will not be pierced and forfeit their deposit.

If you do not adhere to the booking terms and conditions your appointment will be void and will forfeit your deposit.

If you do not have a valid government issued photo ID with you, we can not do the piercing and will forfeit your deposit.
